Los Limoneros is a small group of 18 linked villas set around a central garden and large swimming pool adjacent to the Los Limoneros Hotel in Pla del Mar, Moraira. It is a short walk from the centre of Moraira with all its shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. Within metres of the pool, we offer a 2 bedroom villa all on one level which sleeps 4 people with one double room and one twin. The apartment includes a fully fitted kitchen, new bathroom and living room. The front patio opens out directly onto the gardens and pool. The apartment has partial hot and cold air conditioning. Wifi is available at no charge together with TV.
The centre of the village of Moraira itself is all of 700 metres away. It is a 15 minute stroll to the sandy beach which is attended by life guards in the summer season.
There is good parking on the road outside the complex.
The living space comprises;
Open-plan living-dining area with dining table and chairs, settees and tables.
Modern kitchen with fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven and all the usual appliances, cutlery, crockery, glasses etc.
Double bedroom, second bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom (bath with shower, basin, WC).
Outside there is a small patio with table and chairs and direct access to the pool.
The apartment is fully stocked with linen, towels for use in the apartment and beach towels for use in the gardens and around the pool.
